SHOP UPDATE: OOAK PARTY

Hallo meine Lieben,

beim heutigen Shopupdate gibt es um 17.00 Uhr drei Färbungen, die es noch nie gab und sehr wahrscheinlich auch nie wieder geben wird! Es findet also eine kleine OOAK-Party statt ;)

OOAK (one of a kind) Färbungen sind einzigartig. Sie stammen nicht aus meinem regulären Sortiment. Ich hatte einfach etwas Spaß im Färbestudio und dabei sind diese drei Färbungen entanden. Heute Abend könnt ihr sie auf meinen Soft Socks finden. Achtung! Die Anzahl ist limitiert!

Das tolle an diesen drei Farben: Die lassen sich bestimmt super faden! Faden? Was ist denn ein Fade? Wenn man Farben so ineinander übergehen lässt, dass sie miteinander verschmelzen. Wie beispielsweise bei meiner Anleitung für das Tuch Flirting with the Wind. Oder den Oranjestad Shawl von Lavanya Patricella. Oder den Lofoten Pulli von The Blue Mouse. Oder ihr geht einfach mal auf Ravelry und sucht nach dem Begriff Fade bei den Anleitungen. Da findet ihr jede Menge Inspiration und Ideen!

So, und jetzt mach ich auch schon Schluss für heute, denn die Stränge brauchen noch Etiketten ;)

At today's shop update at 5pm German time (GMT +1) there are three colourway, which never have been and very probably never will be available again! So there will be a little OOAK party ;)

OOAK (one of a kind) colourways are unique. They are not from my regular assortment. I just had some fun in the dyeing studio and that's where these three colourways came from. Tonight you can find them on my Soft Socks base. Attention! The number of skeins is limited!

The great thing about these three colours: I bet they're perfect for a fade project! Fade? What is a fade? When you let colours merge into each other in such a way that they melt together. Like my pattern for the shawl Flirting with the Wind. Or the Oranjestad Shawl by Lavanya Patricella. Or the Lofoten Pulli by The Blue Mouse. Or just go to Ravelry and look for the term fade in the pattern search section. You will find lots of inspiration and ideas!

So, and now I'm going to end for today, because the skeins still need labels ;)
