Wyvern Shawl
by Schibot Garne - a knitting pattern for a shawl, in German and English.
ABOUT THIS PATTERN:
This shawl combines a number of different knitting techniques: lace, brioche and struturmuster make up this design. When knitting you have a lot of variety and at the end you have a three-coloured shawl, which is a real eye-catcher.
The finished crescent shaped shawl measures about 150cm x 52cm. A gauge is not necessary. If you do not use fingering weight yarn, this naturally changes the size of the finished piece as well as the yarn consumption.
The pattern itself is written in great detail and contains both written instructions and charts to help you follow the pattern.
When you purchase this pattern, you will receive a total of two pdf files (German and English), each 14 DIN A 4 pages long.

TIPS FOR CHOOSING COLOURS:
The Wyvern Shawl is knitted using three different colours. When choosing the colours, I recommend using a speckled yarn for colour B and two solid ones for colours A and C.
For my version I chose Vigour as colour B, a colour with green and black speckles. This colour is used for the brioche part and the textured parts. From this I looked for two solid yarns, which are used for the lace patterns, and decided for Druid as colour A and Finsternis for colour B:
