CUSTOM ORDER

So that you can place your order as smoothly and quickly as possible, I recommend that you create a customer account.

In your customer account you can also manage your personal data and view orders.

ORDER PROCESS

If you do not have an account, you will need to enter your address, confirm the shipping method, select the payment method, review the order and finally confirm.

If you have a customer account, all this information is already saved and you can quickly finish the order.

In the last step [Check & Order] you have the possibility to enter comments about the order and delivery. These will appear on the delivery note - a good opportunity for personal greetings when you want to send a gift!

SHIPPING

Orders are always dispatched as soon as possible (we do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

The processing time for custom orders is about 24 working days.

Schibot Garne ships orders to most countries with Hermes. You will receive an email from Hermes and can easily track and manage your order online. Hermes packages have a tracking number and are insured.

Orders from customers who do not live within the EU or are not offered by Hermes are sent with Deutsche Post and DHL. These packages also have a tracking number and are insured.

If shipment to a packing station is desired, DHL is also used, but without insurance and without tracking.

Our shipping methods (after entering the address, the shipping method is set automatically):

• Shipping with Hermes within Germany: 4,90 € (free shipping for orders over 100,00 €)
• Shipping with Hermes within the EU: 14,30 € (free shipping for orders over 150,00 €)
• Shipping with Hermes to Luxembourg: 19,70 €
• Shipping with DHL within the EU: 14,70 € (free shipping for orders over 150,00 €)
• Shipping with DHL worldwide outside the EU: 46,70 €

PAYMENT

You can pay via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.

Orders will only be shipped after receipt of payment.

Regular customers also have the possibility to order in advance and pay after receiving their order.

PRICES

Stated prices include VAT and are for customers from Germany and the EU. Customers from everywhere else don't have to pay VAT. It will be deducted during the ordering process. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
