Club Blanket
by Schibot Garne - knitting pattern for a blanket, in German and English.
ABOUT THIS PATTERN:
You like to knit with sock sets, but you always end up with leftovers? If you're like me and want to turn your leftover sock yarn into something impressively beautiful, then the Club Blanket is just the thing for you!
For my version, I used leftover sock sets held double with a thread from our Soft Socks (colourway: Naturschönheit) and knitted them up one after the other. This results in stripes for me. However, I can also imagine knitting the Club Blanket with much smaller scraps (keyword: Magic Knot Ball). In order to achieve the most harmonious overall look possible, however, I recommend using a neutral colour (white, grey, black) for the second thread.
The indicated consumption refers to the measurements that I achieved with the specified gauge and number of stitches. The blanket can easily be enlarged (cast on more stitches and knit more rows) or reduced (cast on fewer stitches and knit fewer rows).
When you purchase this pattern, you will receive a total of two pdf files (German and English), each four DIN A4 pages long.
