Custom orders:

• The processing time for custom orders is up to 24 working days.

• Please note that the different yarn bases take dyes differently due to their fibre content.

• Please be aware that I do not always have all of my yarn bases in stock. I will of course update you on this when I respond to your custom request.

• All custom orders are final and excluded from the right of withdrawal.

• The yarn will be dyed as soon as the payment is received.

• There is no miminum order quantity - you can order one single skein! We also don't charge any extra costs for custom orders.

• Of course we also can dye up our colourways on various yarn bases.

How to place a custom order:

Create a customer account and send us an email with the following information:

• colourway(s)
• yarn base(s) (currently available for Bot Socks, Soft Socks, Soft DK and Merino 100% ARAN)
• number of skeins
