CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
So that you can place your order as smoothly and quickly as possible, I recommend that you create a customer account.
You can also manage your personal data and view orders in your customer account.
ORDER PROCESS
To order, place the desired items in the shopping basket. Click on this and then on [Checkout] to finalise your order.
If you do not have a customer account, you must enter your address in the following steps, confirm the shipping method, select the payment method, check the order and finally confirm it.
If you have a customer account, all this data is already saved and you can quickly finalise the order.
In the last step [Check & Order] you have the opportunity to enter comments about the order and delivery. These will appear on the delivery note - a great opportunity for personalised greetings if you want to send a gift!
SHIPPING
Orders are always dispatched as quickly as possible (we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
The processing time for custom orders is approximately 24 working days.
Schibot Garne ships orders to most countries with Hermes. You will receive an email from Hermes and can easily track and control your order online. Hermes parcels have a tracking number and are insured.
Orders from customers who do not live within the EU or are not offered by Hermes are sent by Deutsche Post and DHL. These parcels also have a consignment number and are insured.
If shipping to a Packstation is desired, the parcel will also be sent with DHL, but uninsured and without tracking.
Our shipping methods (after entering the address, the shipping method is set automatically):
Shipping with Hermes within Germany: €5.90 (free shipping from an order value of €100.00)
Shipping with Hermes within the EU: € 14.30 (free shipping from an order value of € 150.00)
Shipping with Hermes to Luxembourg: €19.70
Shipping with DHL within the EU: € 14.70 (free shipping from an order value of € 150.00)
Shipping with DHL worldwide outside the EU: € 46.70
PAYMENT
You can pay by PayPal, credit card and bank transfer.
Orders are only dispatched once payment has been received.
Regular customers also have the option of ordering in advance and paying only after receipt of the goods.
